Modern Discourse of Belarusian National Identity Formation: Manipulative Strategy Implications Analysis

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of the current Belarusian national identity building process. On the basis of the notion of a communicative strategy as a discourse category that conveys nation building meanings, the political mobilisation weakness of the presentday Belarusian national identity is revealed.
