Abstract

This article discusses a unique manuscript entitled ‘Хутёръ Стараго дѣдя’, discovered at the Lithuanian State Historical Archives in Vilnius. This work is a distinctive adaptation, written in Cyrillic, and an attempt to translate into Russian the well-known pre-uprising Belarusian agitprop literature ‘Hutorka staroho dzieda’. The author publishes the full text of this document, which comes from the collections of the Count Muravyov Museum.
