Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of visual texts of Belarusian authors of the 21st century, including A. Globus, Vs. Goryachka, D. Dmitriew, D. Plaks, L. Silnowa and O. Sprinczan. Experimenting with language elements that are devoid of the natural context of semantics, syntax or grammar leads to the researching of possibilities of the language itself and to the broadening of the borders of poetry in relation to drawing and painting. The author establishes the process of creating new authorial genres by modern Belarusian authors, which genres follow the formal tradition and poetics of concrete poetry, including ideograms and constellations, charade writing, brachygraphy, hieroglyphic writing, typograms, ambigrams, kinetic writing, typographic sets composed of different fonts or a synthesis of verbal and paragraphic symbols.
