Receiving funding from Polish and Belarusian organizations (Polish language courses, lectures to Belarusian specialists and journal publications), responsible for the recruitment policy, advertising and PR campaigns, member of the committee that interviewed candidates for the scholarship, organizing university conferences, co-organiser of Polish language and Polish culture courses under the patronage of the Rector of the University, looking for opportunities for staff and student exchanges with other academic centres, e.g. with Gomel State University, the Belarusian State University of Economics (2019–2020) and the Institute for the East European Studies of Charles University in Prague (2016), inviting lecturers from other EU centres to enrich the teaching offer; coordinating of a series of lectures delivered by Belarusian experts, Mobility Coordinator at the Department of Belarusian Studies at the University of Warsaw (European ERASMUS programme) (2019–2021).
