ФАЛЬКЛОР У ЛІТАРАТУРЫ БЕЛАРУСІ ПЕРШАЕ ПАЛОВЫ ХІХ СТ.

Abstrakt

This article looks at relations between Belarusian literature of the 1st half of the 19th century and folklore. It is demonstrated that Belarusian writers (Jan Barszczewski, Jan Czeczot, Grzymułtowski brothers, Aleksander Grott-Spasowski, etc.) employed popular (stories and songs) and gentry-related motives in their works. It is shown that the ideological content of many Belarusian texts depended on the gentry ideology of the time.
